Refund and Cancellation Policy

How to cancel a subscription, when purchases are refundable, and how to ask.

Cancelling a subscription

Cancel any time in your workspace's billing settings, or by emailing support@eggclip.com from your account address. Cancellation stops future renewals immediately; your plan, and the credits that came with the current period, stay usable until the end of the period you already paid for. No further charges follow.

Failed generations refund themselves

Credits are charged only when you approve a quoted generation. If a generation then fails on our side, the credits it consumed are returned to your workspace balance automatically — no request needed. This is the normal remedy for a failed job.

When we refund money

We issue payment refunds in these cases:

  • Duplicate or erroneous charges — refunded in full, always.
  • Credit packs — refundable within 14 days of purchase if the pack is entirely unused.
  • Subscriptions — if you cancel within 14 days of a charge and the period's plan credits are entirely unused, we refund that charge on request.
  • Service failure — if a fault on our side left a purchase unusable and the automatic credit refund did not make you whole, write to us and we will put it right, up to a full refund.

Credits already spent on completed generations are not refundable, and partly-used purchases are refundable only in the service-failure case. Our payment platform can only initiate refunds within 30 days of the original transaction, so requests must reach us inside that window. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer law where you live.

How to request a refund

Email support@eggclip.com from your account address with the workspace name and the receipt or transaction date. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Dodo Payments — our merchant of record, whose name may appear on your statement — back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
