What the finished document needs to cover

  1. 01 Who may open an account, and what one account covers.
  2. 02 Credits: how they are bought, when they are spent, when a failed render refunds, and whether unused credits expire.
  3. 03 Subscriptions: billing period, upgrades, cancellation and what happens to a workspace afterwards.
  4. 04 Ownership of generated output, and the licence terms attached to stock footage and library music used inside a render.
  5. 05 Acceptable use: what may not be generated, and how impersonation and rights complaints are handled.
  6. 06 Publishing on your behalf: the scope of a linked channel and who is responsible for what gets posted.
  7. 07 Service availability, changes to the product, and the notice given before a breaking change.
  8. 08 Liability, governing law, and the legal entity behind the service.
